OpenCircle Support
For app support, feedback, moderation concerns, or privacy questions, email jonathan@jbcdevelopment.dev.
Emergency and crisis safety
Do not use OpenCircle, email, feedback forms, or community posts for emergencies. OpenCircle is not emergency care, crisis monitoring, therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for crisis support.
When contacting support
- Include which app you are using: OpenCircle Men or OpenCircle Women.
- Include your device model and iOS version if the issue is technical.
- Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.
- Do not include passwords, payment card details, full legal names, addresses, or highly sensitive personal information.
Community and moderation concerns
If a post appears harmful, harassing, unsafe, or off-topic, use the in-app report option when available and email support if the concern needs follow-up.
Donations and app support
Donation links inside the apps open external partner pages in Safari. OpenCircle does not process charitable donations or donor payment data inside iOS.
Optional app support through Apple in-app purchase helps with maintenance and future updates, but it never unlocks features, changes community access, affects moderation, or counts toward partner fundraising totals.
